Across the campus, buildings are designed for excellent connection to natural light and green outlook, supporting comfort and wellbeing. Landscaped outdoor areas provide space for informal meetings, lunch breaks and time outside during the day, complemented by an on-site café offering barista service, snacks and lunch options.

Café

Grounds café is now open in Stage 1! The cafe is open to both campus tenants and members of the public. Further hospitality options are anticipated in future stages.

Showers and lockers

There are extensive end-of-trip facilities including showers, lockers and gear drying rooms to suit all employee commuting and exercise requirements.

Co-working facilities

On-site co-working space is available in The Greenhouse. Monthly memberships are available and provide access to co-working space with shared kitchen, meeting and break-out spaces.

Manawa Children’s Village is located next to the campus at 52 Ward Street.
