Buddle Building earns 5 Star Green Star Design Certification

We’re delighted to accept the 5 Star Green Star Design certification for the Buddle Building, which forms the first stage of our Blue Mountains Campus development in Upper Hutt. With KiwiRail preparing to occupy their new Control Room and office space in the Buddle Building imminently, and the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment set to join them in the middle of the year, it’s exciting to see the campus transforming into the green, resilient, employee-focused hub we envisaged. And we’re excited to continue our green, resilient journey with sustainable mass timber buildings planned for the next major phase of the campus.
