First buildings nearing completion

The Buddle building refurbishment is progressing nicely, on target for tenants KiwiRail and MBIE to occupy by mid-2023. This first development phase comprises of 6,000sqm of resilient green office space. Additional amenities of a café and co-working facility will increase value-add to the campus later in the year.

Our anchor tenants of MBIE committed 1,300sqm for 12 years and KiwiRail to 2,700sqm for 20 years occupying part of the Buddle building along with a new purpose built state-of-the-art control room.

More buildings underway

With design progressing on our new timber buildings, the hub of flexible commercial and retail space is set to provide an additional 10,000sqm with construction set to commence later this year. For more information on the new timber builds, read here.

Design and preliminary works have commenced on the heritage buildings which will provide additional amenity to the campus.
